Rachele Morino is a Software Engineer on the Geospatial Applications Team.
After graduating from Oberlin College with a BA in Geology, she secured grant funding to work with a Russian environmental non-profit building sustainable hiking trails around Lake Baikal. She has since held various roles in museums, food media, and as a baker and pastry chef. She pursued interests in GIS and programming along the way, and her project highlights include developing an online design tool for creating custom digital embroidery patterns from maps.
Outside of work you can find Rachele detangling embroidery thread, baking, and trying to find more space for her growing rock collection.
